Studio Giraffe worked with Mother’s Choice to build up their employer brand on LinkedIn in order to improve their visibility and reach out to potential volunteers and employees.

SCOPE

LinkedIn posts - strategy, copywriting, design and platform management

OBJECTIVES

Establish a strong message of employer branding and attract more full-time employees.

Highlight corporate partnerships.

Create a solid foundation of a content calendar and a template system of posts so that the internal team can manage social media efforts independently moving forward.

SOLUTION

A social media strategy was implemented including posts highlighting growth and learning opportunities available to staff members; corporate partnerships; staff profiles; management activities; thought leadership; and the overall organisational culture.

Over a 2-month period of working with us, their LinkedIn following has grown by 50% and unique visitors to the LinkedIn company page have grown by 4.5x. The average engagement rate for posts is 6.91%. This was achieved through purely organic growth without any sponsored advertising content.
