Many women who experience workplace sexual harassment in Singapore end up quitting their jobs, spending months or years out of work, going through extended periods of low productivity and facing other career disruptions. They also experience dips in incomes due to being unemployed or taking lower-paying jobs after harassment. Those are some of the findings of a first-of-its-kind study by gender-equality organisation AWARE. The report was designed by Studio Giraffe.

OBJECTIVES
Convey the study findings and recommendations in a clear, readable manner.
Define a visual style that can be used to convey key information through graphics and callouts.
SOLUTION
A colour palette of earthy tones was used to convey the serious tone of the report with a human touch, with the use of a deep maroon for contrast and a sense of urgency and alarm.
Typography was used to create hierarchy within the detailed findings of the study and differentiate sections and sub-sections.
