The Asian Productivity Organization (APO) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1961 to increase productivity in the Asia-Pacific region through mutual cooperation. Studio Giraffe designed their annual report, a comprehensive summary of the APO’s activities and initiatives in 2021.

OBJECTIVES
Design a report based on the theme of “regrow” summarising the various initiatives and achievements of the organization.
Convey detailed information in an easy-to-read manner.
SOLUTION
A new colour palette was proposed to complement APO’s signature orange tone. The palette of green and orange tones was supplemented with brown for an earthy feel.
A modern and playful illustration style was utilised to break up text-heavy sections.
A duotone style was applied to imagery for a consistent treatment throughout the report.
